Our recent city break stay was made enjoyable thanks to the lovely exterior and friendly staff who provided excellent service. The hotel was conveniently located on a busy road which made it easy to find. we appreciated the fact that we were able to check-in even though we arrived during closed hours by simply phoning and receiving the entry code.

We were disappointed to find that the restaurant was understaffed, which resulted in slow and mixed-up service. The food was not up to our expectations, as it lacked flavor and was tough to chew.

Located on a busy road, the hotel's exterior shines and the friendly receptionist makes you feel welcome. We were able to enter the front door thanks to a code provided by phone. the rooms feature comfortable beds, however, the smoke smell can be off-putting. the service is helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was tasty and worth the visit.

During our Christmas stay, we were greeted by friendly and helpful staff who offered us a code to enter the front door outside of check-in hours. the location was also convenient, with easy access to a nearby busy road. We enjoyed the overall pleasant exterior and the fact that the room came with a warm and cozy atmosphere, just perfect for the chilly weather.

There were several things we didn't enjoy. the room smelled of smoke which was quite unpleasant.

We had a great stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean and quiet, providing us with a comfortable night's sleep. The beds were cozy, with plenty of pillows to ensure we were well-rested. The air-conditioning worked well, keeping the room at a pleasant temperature. In terms of location, this hotel was conveniently situated just 12 minutes from the highway, making it a perfect pit-stop on our journey back from the South. Additionally, the hotel had ample parking facilities available, which was a huge plus for us. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay.
